Terry prides himself on customer service. The home building process last several months and can be quite stressful. Terry works as a consultant for his clients and helps them negotiate the endless choices to find the most effective way to manage their home building budget. For many, this is the biggest investment they will make and the decisions can be overwhelming.

Terry understands that effective communication is crucial to success in home building. Although clients may not see the home on a daily basis, Terry makes certain that they are aware of the construction progress. When the home is complete, they will share a sense of accomplishment with him.

As a one-man operation, Terry is a hands-on builder. He limits his business to four to six homes per year in order to maintain his personal attention to detail and the ability to build a variety of homes. Terry is out on the job site everyday and tries to accomplish at least one task on each home, everyday, from hanging a mirror to cleaning up the work site. Clients see daily progress on the home. Terry has an extensive portfolio of experience. With more than 20 years in the business, he has worked on projects ranging from building mass transit line stations to apartment complexes and townhomes to custom homes. He also has a real estate broker’s license and understands the local market.
